- Stuffing is now ready. Off the flame and let it cool down for some time.
- Now pinch small portion from the dough and roll into round shape. Repeat the process until the entire dough is utilised.
- After this flatted the dough ball with your fingers giving it a bowl shape. Stuff this with 2 tsp stuffing and roll back to round shape.
- Press it gently to give kachori shape. Repeat the process with rest of the dough balls as well.
- Heat enough oil in a wok and slide the rolled kachoris to medium heat oil.
- Place as many kachoris as possible and deep fry until they puff up and get golden brown and crispy from all sides.
- Drain out the fried kachoris on kitchen paper towels and fry the rest.
