  3. Reduce the flame to medium and add milk mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 20 minutes on low flame, keep stirring in between.
  4. Add sugar and mix it and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Add chopped dry fruits and mix it.
  5. Garnish with Cashew, almonds and kishmish. Now, Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
