Add the chopped ginger and garlic and stir fry on high flame for half a minute. Then add the blanched veggies - cauliflower, french beans and carrots and. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Divide between bowls and serve with soy sauce to drizzle over, if you like.
