  4. Now add the roasted carrots to the milk add cardamom powder and keep stirring occasionally till all the milk is almost absorbed. Add the chopped almonds
  5. Once the mil iis almost absorbed add the sugar and stir it and let it cook on medium flame stirring occasionally till ghee leaves at the edges of the pan.
  6. Serve it hot or cold Sprinkled with some almonds. Also you can serve with vanilla ice cream.
  7. Gajar halwa can be stored for a week in refrigerator
