  3. Once it cools down, you may store it in a closed container in the refrigerator for weeks. However, the heat level of the sauce will diminish as the days go by.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and cook. Mix together well, taste and tweak with a little more salt, pepper or lime juice, then scrape into a bowl. Heat a frying pan or griddle pan over a high heat. Season the steak with the salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Lower the heat and simmer gently, turning the tomatillos and chiles.
