  2. Get 7-8 pieces papadi

  6. Make ready 2-3 tbsp nylon sev/ bhujia
  7. Prepare Green chutney and tamarind chutney as per liking
  8. Take 1 cup thick lump free curd
  9. Get 1 tbsp oil
  10. Get Salt and blk pepper to taste for baby potatoes

  1. Wash baby potatoes very nicely. - Take water in a pan and put washed potatoes in it. Let them boil for 15-20 minutes so that they become slightly soft.
  2. Alternatively you can boil them in a pressure cooker too for one whistle as we don’t want to have mushy potatoes.
  3. Now take them out from the pan and let them cool. - Once they cool down, press them slightly in between the palms.
  4. Preheat the oven for 5-10 minutes - Take a bowl and add little oil, salt and black pepper. Now add baby potatoes in it and mix with a spoon. - Put all baby potatoes on the baking tray and keep it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Flip the potatoes and let them bake from the other side too. - Bake till they are crispy.
  6. Now prepare other things required for the chaat - - Take a bowl add broken pieces of papadi. - Add baby potatoes, boiled chana, Boondi, add chaat masala powder, mix well.
  7. Add thick curd, Green and tamarind chutney. - Mix well.
  8. Now put the mix in serving glasses and garnish them with some more curd, both chutneys and pomegranate kernels. Sprinkle some sev/bhujia on the top - Enjoy
