Preheat the barbecue to a medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, sugar or honey, ginger, soya sauce and pepper. With a sharp knife, score the chicken drumsticks about three times in the thickest part, then toss the chicken in the glaze.   6. Stir in the remaining coriander, then serve with pilau rice and two dollops of mango chutney.
  7. Heat two naan bread for 10 minutes in an oven and serve along with it.
