  3. Return chicken to wok with oyster sauce. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until combined. Stir through cashews and basil. Serve with steamed rice.

Coat the chicken with all the garlic and chillies. Dust the chicken with the Chinese five spice. Pour in the sweet chilli sauce, stirring. Add the peppers and fry for another couple of minutes. Remove the chicken and peppers and set aside.
