  5. Stir fry on a high heat for about 4 minutes or until golden brown
  6. At the cashew nuts and spring onions to the pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  7. Add the drained noodles and stir fry for a further 2 minutes
  8. Toss the noodles well and serve immediately garnished with spring onion curls and chopped chilli
