Cut the chicken into small bitesize pieces, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Drain pasta, reserve some of the water. Add to the peri peri pan. If you have some cheddar, grate that on top!

  1. First for preparing peri masala in a bowl add red chili powder, black salt, salt, oregano, ginger, powdered sugar, and mix that all well.
  2. Now for boiling pasta add pasta to the pan and add water to it. Also, add salt and oil to the pasta.
  3. Now boil the pasta for 15 mins until it's cooked. Strain the pasta.
  4. Now in a pan take some oil keeping the flame medium add chopped garlic and saute it until golden brown.
  5. Now add chopped onion and tomatoes and again saute it. Add chopped capsicum at last and switch of the flame.
  6. Now in another pan add butter keeping the flame low melt the butter and then add the maida to it. Continuously stir it and until maida is fully cooked.
  7. Now add 3/4 cup of milk to it. Cook it until it's thick on a medium flame.
  8. Now add the prepared peri masala, if you are using store-bought you can add 2 tbsp of it.
  9. Mix it all well. Now add the sauted veggies to mix them all well and add boiled pasta.
  10. Now add some salt, black pepper, oregano, and grated cheese.
  11. Serve it hot.
