  1. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil on a tawa. Add a teaspoon of finely crushed garlic. Sauté brown.

  6. Place the urad Vadas on the gravy.
  7. Simmer the flame. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Flip sides and see Vada is sauce coated
  9. Cover and slow cook for another 2 minutes until vadas look little roasted and at the same time masala absorbed. Gently press and open cook for 2 mins. Garnish with spring onions.
  10. Tawa Peri Peri Vadas are ready to serve. Relish !
