Hello everybody, I hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, spinach sauce. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I am going to make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Put the cream and spinach in a blender or food processor, and purée. Transfer the mixture to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and nutmeg if you're using it. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture gently bubbles and thickens; add more cream for a thinner sauce.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook spinach sauce using 8 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Spinach Sauce:
  1. Get Spinach
  2. Prepare Red bell pepper + scotch bonnet + onion (cut, minced or pounded)
  3. Take Beef (parboiled and lightly fried)
  4. Get Seasoning (bouillon cube + salt)
  5. Take Spices of choice
  6. Prepare Vegetable oil
  7. Prepare Beef stock
  8. Prepare Extra onion (cut)

Add the spinach to the pan. Once wilted, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside. Before draining the pasta, reserve a cup of the pasta.

Instructions to make Spinach Sauce:
  1. Put pot on heat source. Add oil and few cuts of onion.
  2. Add in cut bell pepper, scotch bonnet and onions, seasoning and spices. Stir and allow to fry for five minutes on medium high heat.
  3. Lower heat and add small quantity of stock (like 3 TBS, but in depends on the quantity of sauce you are making). Keep in mind that it's a sauce not soup.
  4. Add in fried beef.
  5. Add freshly washed cut spinach. It is important to wash the leaves just before adding to sauce because it will retain some of the water which will aid the cooking process.
  6. Add the rest of the cut onion. Stir well.
  7. Continue stirring on low heat. Do not cover pot.
  8. Turn off heat after four minutes. Do not allow to overcook.
  9. Serve. Bon Apetit 😋.

Remove from heat and set aside. Before draining the pasta, reserve a cup of the pasta. If in doubt, grab a handful of spinach!
