If using fresh spinach, place in a colander, pour over boiling water, drain and cool, then put in a tea towel and. Fold the paneer into the saag paneer curry and serve with rice or naan. Thoroughly wash the spinach under cold running water to remove any dirt. Roughly chop, including the stems, then transfer to a large saucepan.
