  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. cover the dish with foil
  7. place on center rack of the preheated 375° oven for 1 hour
  8. after one hour remove foil and stir. if there is still too much liquid, place back in oven for about 10 to 15 additional minutes uncovered.
