- preheat oven to 350°
- prepare rice according to package. i usually use microwavable to save time
- combine broccoli and mushrooms in a bowl. toss to mix
- layer rice then broccoli/mushroom mix in an 8x9 baking dish
- mix spices, soup, sour cream, and wine/milk in a bowl. mix well then add to baking dish.
- top with cheese.
- combine melted butter, bread crumbs, and crushed crackers to a ziplock bag. shake well.
- add breadcrumb mixture on top of the cheese. spread out evenly.
- bake for 30 minutes
- broil for 10 minutes after for a crunchier top.
