This Biscoff cheesecake recipe is a no-bake cheesecake so its easy to make. The only time consuming part is chilling in the fridge for at least six hours. The first stage is making the biscuit base. Pour cookie mixture into prepared tin and press down gently using the back of a spoon to form an even layer.

Steps to make No- Bake Biscoff Cheesecake:
  1. Place the base biscuits in a food processor to creat the fine crumble texture and add the melted butter, with a spoon mix ingredients well together before slowly adding the milk once they blended nicely press mixture down firmly into an 23cmx6cm deep Springform Tin. And set aside
  2. In a bowl With an electric mixer slowly and steady mix the double cream and Philadelphia original until its smooth, thick and holds itself completely
  3. Slowly spread the mixture evenly over the biscuit base and chill in the fridge which you preparing the topping
