Fry for few minutes.Masala potato stuffing is ready.Dilute the batter for dosa to make a semi thin consistency.Heat a non-stick frying pan.Drizzle oil and pour a ladleful of batter and swirl it around.Fry on low flame till it gets crispy underneath and porous.Flip and fry just once and set aside.Make all dosa similarly.Smear ghee and add portion of potato stuffing and roll.Serve hot healthy rava masala dosa in breakfast, brunch or dinner with mixed pickle,sambar or coconut chutney.
