The ingredients needed to make Chicken paella:
  1. Take Irish potatoes
  2. Make ready Chicken
  3. Make ready Vegetable oil

Press chicken pieces down into the liquid. Cover the pan, and bring the liquid to a slow simmer; reduce the heat to very low. Top with olives and peas; stir very gently. Arrange the pepper strips on top of the paella.

  1. Wash, peel potato and boil with a little salt.
  2. Wash chicken, cut into small bits, chop onions, blend pepper
  3. Steam meat with onions, pepper, seasonings, curry. Allow to extract it's water and absorb it back in with the spices and afterwards add a little more water for it to cook properly.
  4. When Irish and meat is cooked soft, put vegetable oil in a pan and heat up then add onions n stir, add a little fresh pepper, add the chicken and stir continuously so it doesn't boil
  5. Then add Irish potatoes,, seasonings, a bit of curry powder and stir, add the chicken stock and cover to boil and dry.
  6. Serve with a cold drink and enjoy.

Top with olives and peas; stir very gently. Arrange the pepper strips on top of the paella. Heat the olive oil in a large, deep frying pan over a medium-high heat. Stir through the paella rice, then add the saffron and stock. An authentic seafood and chicken paella that boasts some of Spain's finest ingredients, from calasparra rice to chorizo.
