  1. Bring stock to boil with garlic clove and soy sauce in one pan
  2. Bring another pan of water to a boil for cooking the noodles.

  4. Broil the salmon fillets (4 min on each side). The flesh should flake easily and the center should remain a bright pink. Remove from the broiler and set aside.

  6. Remove the garlic from the stock, then bring the stock back to a boil.

  8. Divide the noodles between the bowls, then add salmon fillet to each. Carefully pour the boiling stock into each bowl. Sprinkle with bean sprouts, chile slices, and cilantro leaves.

Once done, drain and set aside. Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil. Pour the stock into a large pan, bring to the boil, then stir in the curry paste.
