  6. Fill hallow tomatoes with ricotta mixture. Broil for 5 minutes.

Mix the rice together with the garlic and spoon the mixture into the tomatoes, then drizzle. Rub the tomato halves with one tablespoon of the oil and season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Heat a BBQ until hot and the coals are white. In a frying pan fry the onion, garlic, mince, courgettes and aubergines.
