  4. Scoop tbsps of minced chicken to make meatballs. Place them onto an oiled microwaveable bowl. I use sesame oil. This prevents the meatballs from sticking to the bowl when it’s cooked. Then microwave on medium (700W) for 4 mins. I cooked this in 2 batches.
  5. Assemble congee with meatballs! Enjoy!
