The ingredients needed to make Tzatziki sauce:
  1. Get 1 large cocumber
  2. Take 1/4 tsp for add in cocumber
  3. Get 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
  4. Take 1 pod garlic

  6. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Get 1/4 tsp ceyane pepper
  8. Prepare 1/4 cup Olive oil
  9. Take 1 tbsp white vinegar or fresh lemon juice

  11. Get leaves Mint

Coarsely grate the cucumber, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and squeeze out all the liquid. Tip into a bowl with the yogurt, garlic and mint, and mix well. Great served with slow roast lamb or as a dip. Slice the cucumber in half lengthways and cut or scrape out the seeds - this is where most of the water content is.

Steps to make Tzatziki sauce:
  1. First peel cocumber and grate it with grater.
  2. Then Add 1/4 tsp salt and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes so that cocumber will release it's water.
  3. Now in another bowl add Thick Greek yoghurt or hanged yoghurt.
  4. Now add salt. Black pepper powder,ceyane pepper,white vinegar,👇🏻
  5. Chop or grate garlic pod in it
  6. Then add olive oil.
  7. Now take any kitchen towel and squeeze the excess water of cocumber.
  8. Now add in yoghurt mixture mix it well.
  9. Now chop fresh Dill leaves and add in yoghurt mixture.
  10. Now finally sprinkle pinch of ceyane pepper and add some olive oil.
  11. Garnish with mint leaves…
  12. Tazikzi sauce are ready enjoy this yummy yoghurt dip with some nachos or pita bread..

Great served with slow roast lamb or as a dip. Slice the cucumber in half lengthways and cut or scrape out the seeds - this is where most of the water content is. Place the grated cucumber in a sieve, rest it on a bowl and add some sea salt. Give it a stir, and leave to drain for a few hours, or overnight in the fridge.
