  2. Prepare 1 (12 oz) can Evaporated Milk

  4. Prepare 6 eggs
  5. Prepare 3 Tsp Vanilla
  6. Make ready 3 Cups Sugar

  1. Med-High heat 3 Cups of sugar til caramelized. Pour in pan and swirl along sides. I used 10"x 3" pan. (But it can be made in 2" height pan)

  2. Bake 1 hour at 320°
  3. Remove from bath, cool down, place in fridge overnight. Following day Flip on to a platter and serve. Voila
