First, heat a large stockpot over medium/high heat. Next, add pinto beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and maple syrup to the pot and stir to combine. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high. Drain beef mixture well, and return to Dutch oven.

- Add all your spices and tomato paste. stir to incorporate and cook for about 2 minutes. add better than bouillon and stir until dissolved.
- Add bottle of beer and sommer for 2 minutes.
- Add both cans of diced tomatoes.
- Simmer covered for 1 hour on low heat.
- Serve and top with favorite garnishes.
