  3. Dry roast walnuts till aromatic. Break into random small pieces and keep.
  4. Fold in coffee cream with light hands.
  5. With a spatula mix in walnuts reserving 1 tbsp for garnish
  6. When well mixed transfer to an airtight container. Garnish the top with reserved walnuts
  7. Cover the mixture with cling film. Cling film should be properly touching the upper surface and close the container
  8. Chill in freezer at maximum cooling for 6-8 hours.
  9. Take out and cut into pieces with a fork and then beat it well. Again put it covered in freezer for at least 4 hours.
  10. Check for firmness and serve
