The first time I had Eggs Shakshuka was at Jacks Wife Freda. Since then I've had it a few different times, and can basically describe it as eggs baked in a thick and flavorful tomato sauce. It is served with fresh bread and it is absolutely amazing, and surprisingly very easy to make. As a self-professed egg lover, it is one of my favorite egg dishes.

Instructions to make Shakshuka 😍:
  1. Heat oil over medium heat, then add onion cook for about 5 min until the onions begin to softer stir in garlic
  2. Add capsicum, cook it for about 7 minutes, over medium heat until softened
  3. Now add all the tomatoes and all the spices in it, add tomato ketchup as well, add salt in pocket for about 15 minutes
  4. Crack the eggs over the tomato mixture now covered up pan and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked
  5. Garnish with dried parsley or fresh coriander enjoy
