  4. Add the tomato paste and mix for 2-3 min.
  5. Pour the eggs on top gently and sprinkle with the remaining black pepper . ( don't mix!)
  6. Cover the pan and cook till the eggs get white color. (5-6 min)
  7. Serve hot with thick slices of bread.
