- Take 200 gm boneless chicken
- Take 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste

- Take 1 table spoon Corriender leavea
- Make ready 1/2 tea spoon finely chopped ginger
- Prepare 1/4 table spoon black salt powder
- Get 1 table spoon finely chopped onion
If you can, leave it to cool in the liquid. Take the chicken out of the pan, remove the skin and shred the meat. Dry-fry the cumin and the almonds in a hot pan and leave to cool. To make the dressing, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon zest and juice in a large bowl.
Steps to make Chicken salad:
- In a bowl ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, chicken and salt are mixed nicely then kept for 15 min to marinate the chicken.
- In that 15 min other ingredients like beet root, cucumber, cabbage, capcicum, onion, carrot, Corriender leaves, spring onions and ginger are to be chopped.
- Chicken should be boiled for 5 min.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon butter and the boiled chicken in the pan and kept for 3 min.
- Then all the ingredients and the chicken are mixed in a bowl.
Dry-fry the cumin and the almonds in a hot pan and leave to cool. To make the dressing, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon zest and juice in a large bowl. Add the chicken, cucumber, cumin and almonds. Curry chicken salad is wonderful in pita pockets with a simple salad on the side. It also makes a great meal when mixed with cooked cubed potatoes.
