  2. Make ready 3 medium sized potato boiled

A chicken cutlet is simply a chicken breast that has been cut in half horizontally to make two thinner pieces. Often, the cutlet is also pounded out to make it even thinner so it cooks even quicker and more evenly. Why go through the trouble of cutting chicken breasts into cutlets? Instructions to make Chicken cutlet:
  1. Firstly cut the chicken into small cubed shape. Add salt, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, chilli powder and mix well.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add the chicken mixture. Stir and cook till the chicken is done. Keep aside for cooling.
  3. In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, saute for some time. Now add the prepared chicken and mix well. Saute for few minutes, add salt and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and keep for cooling.
  4. Once it's cool down, blend this in a blender and trasfer to a mixing bowl. Add chopped coriander, green chillies, salt, garam masala, boiled potato and prepare nice dough. Now divite the dough into 10-11 balls. Give cutlet shape to your balls as per your coice.
  5. Dip the cutlet into egg mixture (beaten egg with salt) and immediately into bread crumbs. Deep fry all the cutlets (2-3) at a time. Taken them out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
