  6. Now add dhania powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala, pav bhaji masala and stir well.
  7. Now add all the mashed vegetables along with the water. Mash it more if you see lumps of potatoes or any other veggies.
  8. Add the salt as per your taste and let that cook at low flame for 10-15 mins.
  9. After 15 mins pav bhaji is ready. Add some red food color. That is completely optional.
  10. Also add 2-3 tbsp butter. Mix that well and cook for another 5 mins.

  12. Take a pan add butter to it. Add red Chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and coriander leaves. Over that butter roast you pav.
  13. Garnish your bhaji with more butter Add onion, lemon on top of it. Delicious Pav bhaji is ready.
