  23. Get 1 tbsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya powder)
  24. Take 1 tbsp Cumin powder (Jeera Powder)
  25. Take 1/2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
  26. Take 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  27. Get 2 tsp Amchur powder
  28. Make ready 1 tsp Kitchen King masala (Optional)
  29. Get 2 cups Vegetable stock (or you can use normal water)
  30. Make ready 2 tsp Kasuri Methi (Crushed with hands)

  5. Once the Garlic is sauteed well, add Finely chopped onion and let it also saute for 5-8 minutes until cooked completely. The Bhaji will become extra delicious when we will cook the vegetables completely.
  6. Now add the finely chopped Tomatoes and let it saute for 4-5 minutes until cooked completely.
  7. Until the Tomatoes are cooking, Make separate Puree of Onion and Tomatoes.
  8. Once the tomatoes and onions are cooked completely, add the Puree of Onion firstly and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add the Puree of Tomato and let it also cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Now it is the turn for spices :- Here I am using the basic spices that we use regularly. Add all the spices mentioned above with proper measures.
  10. Now add the spices cook for a minute or two. Then add Crushed Kasuri Methi and additional butter.
  11. If you feel that the Bhaji is too thick, then gradually add Vegetable stock as needed.
  12. Finally garnish it with green Onions (Greens) and Enjoy it with roasted Pav.
