A delicious and wholesome mix of veggies like potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, green peas and capsicum cooked with onions, ginger and garlic, mashed on a griddle and seasoned with pav bhaji masala and butter.   1. Heat up a sauce pan add 1tbsp butter, add all the cooked veggies, tomato puree, salt, mix well, add 1/2 cup of water,cover it &cook it for 10 minutes, take out the lid, smash veggies with potato smasher..keep aside, heat up a pan again add butter chopped onions, chilli, ginger garlic paste saute it for 3-4 minutes..add in all the masala powder ingredients,including pavbhaji masala, mix well…
  2. Add this to smashed veggies, add a tsp of lemon juice and coriander leaves,.mix well, bhaji is ready…heat up sauce pan add in butter,lightly roast ladi pav serve with bhaji,accompanied by chopped onions & lemon wedges..
