Meanwhile, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and chicken. Season with half of the spice mixture. Garnish with a lime wedge to squeeze over the top and serve. Drain quinoa by pouring into a fine mesh strainer.
