  1. Make ready 2 cups leftover rice (refrigerated)
  2. Take 2 garlic (sliced)

  5. Prepare 1 stalk spring onion (Chopped)
  6. Get 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  7. Get 1 tbsp sesame oil

  9. Prepare 1 tsp fish sauce
  10. Get Salt
  11. Prepare Pepper
  12. Get Sugar
  13. Take Egg (fried)
  14. Prepare About 50ml of water (Optional)

Fry chopped onions and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant. Add meat to mix and stir until cooked thoroughly. Once cooked, remove only meat from heat and set aside. Add sweet red peppers and green onion.

Instructions to make Gochujang fried rice:
  1. In a Pre-heated pan, add cooking oil and sesame oil, chili, garlic and Shallots. Cook till fragrant
  2. Once everything is fragrant, add gochujang paste, a little bit of water, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook it until it saucy and then add the rice, mix it until its all combined.
  3. Do a taste test, adjust the taste and then add some spring onion and some more sesame oil if you like.
  4. Once it's done, serve it with sunny side up egg!
