  4. Add the noodles to a bowl, then garnish with the remaining ingredients.

Top with cashews and additional Sambal Sauce, if desired. Add noodles and kecap manis mixture. Sprinkle with shallots and serve with lime wedges and extra sambal oelek and kecap manis if using.
